PURATION SHAREHOLDER UPDATE: CANNABIS EXTRACTS; SPORTS & FITNESS CONSUMER PRODUCTS; COLORADO LAB; CHINESE HEMP FARM; COMPLIANCE & DIVIDENDS

Puration, Inc. entered the emerging cannabis sector last July when it acquired the health and wellness operations of North American Cannabis Holdings, Inc. (USMJ).  Previously, Puration had been developing and marketing water purification technology.  In fact, Puration’s portable personal water filtered bottles are for sale from North American Cannabis Holdings’ sports and fitness cafe in Texas.

Today, the water purification business at Puration is secondary and the development of a leading cannabinoid extraction capacity is the Company’s primary focus.  The purpose of developing a leading cannabinoid extraction capacity is to provide the Company with the best available source of extracts for infusion into health and wellness consumer products.  While the ‘Puration’ name was originally coined to represent the Company’s water purification business, the name still seems to be a good fit with the current cannabinoid extraction focus.  Accordingly, no corporate name change is planned.

Puration is playing an instrumental role in North American Cannabis Holdings’ recently announced EVERx Sports and Fitness Nutritional Supplements product line.  The extract included in the EVERx Cannabis Infused Anti-Inflammatory has been sourced from Puration.  Work continues between Puration and North American to expand the EVERx product line with additional cannabis infused health and wellness products.

While North American Cannabis Holdings Inc. has been instrumental to Puration’s entrance into the cannabis sector, and while currently much of Puration’s business operations surround activities having to do with North American, It’s important to state that Puration’s target business horizon extends substantially beyond the potential business it can win from North American Cannabis Holdings.  In other words, the entire potential market for cannabis extracts is Puration’s opportunity, not just the extract demand that can come from North American Cannabis Holdings.

Puration’s progress since its July entry into the cannabis sector has not been widely publicized. Much of the news about the Company in this presentation is an update to previously released information about the Company. However, given the minimal publicity to date, some maybe learning of the information included in this presentation for the first time.  For instance, previously announced efforts in Colorado continue toward the opening of an extraction lab and infusion facility.  The Company is also continuing to work to secure a large scale, commercial hemp farming operation in China.

The Company regularly receives a fair volume of emails and telephone calls inquiring about efforts to update the Company’s financial reports and to issue Puration stock to the North American Cannabis Holdings shareholders.  The Company is assuredly making substantial and regular progress on both matters.

Steven Rash, the CEO of North American Cannabis Holdings, Inc. pointed out that North American entered the cannabis sector in the fall of 2013.  North American, similarly to Puration, was transitioning from a previous business focus into a new focus on the cannabis sector, and also needed to update various public reporting matters.  It was not until the first quarter of 2015, almost eighteen months later,  that North American finally surmounted its last compliance hurdle achieving DTC Eligibility.

Puration is making progress much, much faster than did North American.  Puration imminently anticipates having all financial reports current.  The last anticipated hurdle for Puration, similar to the last hurdle for North American, will be restoring its good standing with DTC.  Puration is far better off in its current standing with the DTC then was North American when it initiated efforts to regain good standing.  Accordingly, Puration anticipates meeting all required compliance standards soon and certainly in a much, much shorter timeframe than was required by North American.

Once Puration has regained its all around compliance standing, the Company fully intends to proceed promptly with its obligation to issue Puration stock to the shareholders of North American Cannabis Holdings.

Also, after Puration regains compliance, the Company plans to shortly thereafter engage ongoing analyst coverage similar to the ongoing analyst coverage available on North American Cannabis Holdings (www.growusmj.com).

Given the Company’s current progress, an increase in corporate communications from this point forward can be anticipated.
